Metropolitan Opera Summer Stage Monday, June 27th 7 – 8 PM The perennial Metropolitan Opera’s free summer recital, is back at Socrates Sculpture Park! After a two-year hiatus, join us for the return of this iconic series of opera throughout NYC, presented outdoors and featuring rising young stars performing selections from La Bohème, Le Nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni, and other favorites. Amani-Cole Felder, Soprano Cierra Byrd, Mezzo-Soprano Vladyslav Buialskyi, Bass-Baritone Dimitri Dover, Piano The Met’s Summer Recital Series is presented as part of Capital One City Parks Foundation SummerStage and funded by the Elizabeth B. McGraw Foundation, in honor of Mrs. McGraw. Additional support has also been provided, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the City Council, and in collaboration with the Department of Parks and Recreation.
