September at Socrates Sculpture Park (rain date October 5)
The Museum
of Modern Art and Socrates Sculpture Park team up to present a special
festival for families! While the sun sets over the city, picnic on the
grass with food from local restaurants and enjoy musical performances
that were specially chosen to go with the night's theme. As the stars
come out, watch classic animated and live-action short films on a large
screen, set against the spectacular backdrop of the East River and the
Manhattan skyline.
For children
of all ages.
Music begins at 6:00 P.M.
Films begin at sunset.
Admission is free!
